Data Sources & References

Each card states what the reference supports and how MortMe uses it. References provide educational context, not live rates, lender quotes, approvals, or personalized financial advice.

Country references document the context recorded by the adapters, whose current rule versions are effective and reviewed as stated in the mortgage country-model guide. They do not turn a calculator result into a lender assessment.

To apply these references to your own assumptions, try the mortgage calculator and review the calculation methodology.
